A songwriter instilled in the North East and the narrative arc of his songs, Liam is an exceptional storyteller born of personal experience, and continues to hone his craft with the emotive collection of tracks on ‘The Love Will…’ EP.

From the universal message of togetherness with upbeat lead single ‘Love Will Conquer’, to the beautiful guitar-led melodies, and feel-good lyrics of ‘Time Comes Around’; alongside a track about total despair with a weight of lyrical wordplay in ‘Don’t Follow Me Down’; and a reworking of classic Joy Division song ‘Love Will Tear Us Apart’; Liam brings his North East crooner to new focus track ‘Metanoia’ to complete the ‘Love Will’ EP.

Across the 6 tracks, the EP encapsulates his intimate story telling style, as Liam notes, “This EP is a collection of songs I’ve been sat on for some time now. Each song represents a period of my life over the last 10 years in some shape or form. They’re not songs I made a conscious decision to write, merely things that appeared from the ether that I felt compelled to document.

They form in part for me, a stepping stone towards a greater body of work I intend to share in the not too distant future. It’s a catharsis I’m finally happy to share with a wider audience.”
